We've had so much fun cooking the past few years and would like to share our adventures. Some of our favorite types of cooking are: risottos, braised meats/stews, and gluten-free bread baking.

Chicken Soup with Dill, Aspargus, and Baby Peas
We made this for lunch today (see recipe in an earlier post). It was simple, delicious, and nutritious. I'd recommend it.
